Terms of service

These terms govern a merchant’s use of QR Warranty Register, operated by PLUTO HORIZON LLC.

Service

The app provides product registration, serial-number validation, QR generation, warranty records, exports, and transactional notifications. Merchants remain responsible for their warranty terms, customer promises, and applicable laws.

Accounts and acceptable use

Merchants must protect account access, provide accurate configuration, and avoid unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive use. The service may limit requests that threaten availability or security.

Billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed and managed by Shopify. Plan changes, trials, cancellation, and applicable refunds follow the terms shown in Shopify’s hosted billing flow.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties and liability is limited to amounts paid for the service during the preceding three months.
